Why is the number on the scale not going down:

Updated: Oct 23, 2020

Many of us have been there where You've been working out hard, keeping good track of your calories, Losing weight and then reach a point where you find your self stuck And Everything that you try doesn't seem to get the number on the scale to drop.

Well I help clients lose weight for a living, and trust me I have seen it all and Here is what I have learned.

all The clients who do hit weight-loss plateaus have one thing in common and that is they are no longer giving a 100% effort.

When you first start a weight-loss program, you are full of excitement and can't wait to make all of these massive changes in your life.

But then by week 8, the keenness and the discipline starts to fade away.

It's not easy to remain excited and eager to work out and eat right every day.

Although it does take that kind of mental and physical commitment to keep shedding the pounds.

If you feel like the readout on your scale isn't moving ask yourself if you are really giving it your all and Are you skipping workouts? Are you eating maybe a little more than you might be calculating? Or are you trying to reach a weight that is just to low for your height and body type?
